Back in January I published a post about the Sworkit Kids app. That free app provides users with short, fun exercises that can be done in elementary school classrooms. Sworkit Kids is the elementary school version of the full Sworkit app. Middle schools and high schools can access the full version of the Sworkit app through the Sworkit Youth Initiative.

The Sworkit Youth Initiative provides middle schools and high schools with free access to all of the features of Sworkit. This includes access to all of the exercises and workouts that are normally only available with a paid Sworkit subscription.
The Sworkit workouts can be as intense or as relaxed as you need them to be. The easier workouts and exercises are great for running short “brain breaks” in your classroom. The app provides a timer to use to keep track of how long you or your students should perform an exercise.
To get full access to Sworkit for your middle school or high school classes, fill out the short form at the bottom of the Sworkit Youth Initiative home page.
