Seltzer is an acquired taste. I didn’t acquire it until I was 36 and I forced myself to drink it in lieu of soda pop or coffee (I still drink more coffee than I should).
Today, I realized that I can drink seltzer without having to munch on something at my desk too. That’s one of the two things that I did to take a step toward improving my health in 2019.
