This week’s challenge is kind of like last week’s except this week is about finding a new and fun exercise to try. Try out a new exercise this week. If you’re a regular road runner, perhaps try a trail run. If you regularly lift weights, try a yoga session this week. Whatever it is, mix it up and have fun.
If you’re looking for some ideas for new or different workouts, Fitness Blender has lots of free, no-equipment-required workouts that you can try. Want to try yoga without signing-up for a class? YouTube is littered with videos of at-home yoga routines for beginners to follow. Just do a search for “beginner yoga at home” and you’ll get lots of videos to follow.
