Good morning from Maine. This weekend I saw a patch of grass in my lawn for the first time since November! Spring has arrived! I marked its arrival by going skiing and playing outside with my daughters who enjoyed stomping in the mud. How was your weekend? What did you do for fun exercise? Leave a comment and let me know.
Challenge of the Week
This is the last week of the first quarter of 2019. How are you doing on your fitness goals for the year? To celebrate the end of the first quarter of the year I’m going to add 25% more time onto one of my spin workouts this week. My challenge for you is to join me in adding 25% to one workout this week. If you’re an Instagram or Twitter user, post a picture with #edtechfitness to show off completing the challenge. Or just keep it to yourself and bask in the glory of achieving a challenge (I sometimes like that more than posting on Instagram).
