At 4:48am this morning I heard on the local news that most people have given up on the New Year’s resolutions by January 12th. That’s less than two weeks into the year! Come on, we can do better than that! Let’s beat the odds and make it to at least the 19th before cracking.
How are you doing on your 2019 physical and mental health goals? I’ve managed to make time for exercise every day. My diet still needs improvement, but right now my primary focus is on maintaining my exercise streak. Once I feel like I’m really on track with that then I’ll attack my diet in earnest.
Yesterday, my exercise included taking my daughter skiing for the first time.
